Charles Bayani

Biography

With over 13 years of experience in the financial industry, Charles Bayani has established himself as a respected leader in merchant services. His career began in 2011 at a major commercial bank, where he started as a personal banker. He then advanced to a business banker role, eventually becoming vice president and senior business consultant for merchant services in southern California.

Drawing on his financial expertise and desire to work more closely with clients, Charles founded The Payment HQ in 2022. As the CEO and founder, Charles and his team take a distinctly non-corporate approach to merchant services, helping small businesses increase cash flow, streamline payroll, save time, and scale.

Outside of his professional life, Charles is a devoted family man who enjoys spending quality time with his wife and two daughters. He is also passionate about sports cars, technology, and community service. He actively participates in community events and continues to mentor individuals looking to enter the financial industry.
